Sean is the director and founder of Tier 1 Interiors, a leading plasterboard company he launched with his wife Tammy in 2004. With over 20 years at the helm of this family-run business, Sean has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and an approach that reflects his deep commitment to clients. Under his leadership, Tier 1 Interiors has grown from a small operation into a trusted name in interior construction.

Tammy Rossiter

Health & Safety Manager

Tammy manages the physical and health risks of our workers onsite, and to ensure we work in a safe manner preventing injuries to our workers and all other trades onsite.

Bailey Grossi

Operations Manager

Bailey is in charge of ensuring project timeframes are met and quality is paramount. He has the technical knowledge of all Winstones GIB install systems, Site Requirements and has L4 certificate in interior linings qualification in Fixing.

Quantity Surveyor

Chelsea leads HR at Tier 1 Interiors, bringing a people-first approach to every part of the business. She helps keep the team connected, engaged, and growing.

We also have 20+ hardworking tradespeople behind the scenes, comprising of masterful fixers and stoppers.
